For this Summer Learning Journey Activity I was challenged to create a poster based on these links that shared information about pekapeka.I learnt from the links provided about the Pekapeka. I chose to include what I found the most interesting fact. I chose to do why its special, where it lives, why it’s close to extinction, and facts. I made sure to add a map of where it can be found.
I enjoyed this SLJ Activity because I got to disscover facts about Ruapekapeka and why it is so special.

Great job on your facts! I really liked how you focused on the most interesting facts about the pekapeka and included why it’s special, where it lives, and why it’s close to extinction. Including a map was such a thoughtful touch—it helps make your poster even more informative and easy to understand.
One thing you could consider for next time is adding a bit more detail about why Ruapekapeka is so special to you personally or to Aotearoa as a whole. It could make your work even more meaningful!

Your Ruapekapeka poster looks OUTSTANDING! I love how you added the most interesting facts to hook in your readers. This shows how much effort and dedication you put into this SLJ activity. Including a map was a very good idea, to show the readers where you can find these bats. The colour choices you chose are absolutely amazing because they match your bats, and bring everything together.
